PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY!

WE ARE NOT THE OWNER OR SELLER OF THESE GOODS, BUT MERELY A BAILEE ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER TO FACILITATE THE SALE OF THE GOODS BY HOLDING THE GOODS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A SALE IS COMPLETED AND THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER.

We have used our best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Everything But the Horse, LLC has a physical location all of the items listing in our ebay store are sold, we reserve the right to cancel a listing at anytime. Listings of items sold in the store are ended as soon as possible, but sometimes, though rarely, we are not able to cancel it before someone buys it in our ebay store, at which point the transaction must be canceled due to the item no longer being available.

Returns

All items are sold AS-IS. No returns are accepted unless the item does not fit the description given in the listing. Buyer must contact us within 3 business days through the ‘Ask Seller a Question’ link. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Item must be returned in the condition it was sold in. No international returns.

In the majority of cases we are not the owner/seller of the goods. We are a consignment store that takes on these goods for a fee and sells them for a price set by the owner. We cannot negotiate on prices or shipping, although in some circumstances we will be able to combine shipping on the purchase of multiple items.

We apologize for any errors and reserve the right to correct them. We have no obligation to sell items at erroneous pricing.

Shipping

Most of our smaller items are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate unless otherwise specified. Larger items, including saddles and boots, are shipped UPS Ground, price is indicated in the listing and includes insurance.

We do ship internationally; please contact us about shipping prices before purchasing. Please be aware that we have no control over what other countries charge the buyer in import taxes and duties.
